- チームNDGOはRooster Teeth ProductionsのLazer Teamのクラウドファンディングである"Indiegogo"を支援したファン達によって作られた。メンバーのGrace Bono、Paige Campbell、Claire Hogan、Mylissa Zelechowskiはグウェンとアンバーの声優及び、"Team NDGO Character Consultants"としてクレジットに名前が載っている。
- さらにバーテンダーの声は"Indiegogo"での支援によって権利を得たMarkus Horstemeyerによるものである。
- ノーラのセンブランスは北欧神話の雷神であるトールが基になっている。
- ネプチューンが水を恐れる設定は彼の名前がローマ神話の海神ネプトゥーヌスが基になっていることへの皮肉になっている。
- ジョーンが付けたチームアタックの名前はチームRWBYのものと同じようにファンベースで作られたものである。
- サンがネプチューンのことを指して"Ignore him, for he... Yeah, he's dumb."と言ったセリフは、"Burning the Candle"でネプチューンがサンを指して"Ignore him for he knows not what he says."と言ったことを受けたものである。
- セージがアリーナの外に放り出されたときのスコアボードのネプチューンの写真はネプチューンが"hands-above-the-waist"のポーズを取ったときのものになっている。
- 元々の構想では本エピソードは"It's Brawl in the Family"でクロウが"Come take it"と言うところまでを含む予定であったが、両エピソードの長さを考慮して現在の形となった[1]。
